HANSARD GLOBAL plc Final Dividend
The Board has declared a final dividend of 5.25 pence per share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2015, such dividend will be paid on 19 November 2015 to shareholders on the register on 2 October 2015. The associated ex-dividend date is 1 October 2015. Subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting on 12 November 2015, the total dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2015 will be 8.75p.
