Change of Auditor

As previously communicated to shareholders in the 2018 Annual Report, Hansard Global Plc undertook an audit tender during the year and is pleased to announce the appointment of KPMG Audit LLC as its new auditor with effect from the 2021 financial year.  The appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Company. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC will resign as auditor of the Company following completion of the 30 June 2020 audit.
