Appointment of Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of David Peach as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of the Company with effect from 31 December 2020.

David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. He has a degree in Economics from the University of Warwick.

After training as an accountant with KPMG, David has had more than 25 years' experience in financial services, most recently at Zurich Insurance. He has held board level roles in insurance, banking, trust and fund management companies across a number of different jurisdictions.

There is no information that is required to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
