DAAR invites its shareholders to attend the fifth meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly

Dar AlArkan's Board of Directors has the pleasure to invite its shareholders who own 20 shares and above for the fifth meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly, which is scheduled to be convened in MAKARIM conference hall of MARRIOT Hotel in the evening of Monday, 13/10/1429 corresponding to 13/10/2008, at 16 hrs in order to discuss the following agenda: 1- To agree on/approve the potential issuance of local or international SUKUKS, which could either be indivisible, divisible or through a series of issuance at times, values and terms that will be decided by the Board of Directors without referring back to the General Assembly to that effect. 2- To authorize the Board of Directors to delegate any or all authorizations as per the above resolution to any person or persons. The shareholder may authorize another shareholder who is non-board member and non-employee and has the right to attend the General Assembly to attend AND vote by virtue of written and approved power of attorney, noting that the least quorum to convene the General Assembly is 50% of capital
