Changes in the number of voting rights and the share capital

On 16 March 2017, the annual general meeting of Danske Bank A/S adopted a proposal to reduce Danske Bank's share capital by DKK 468,851,130 nominally by cancelling 46,885,113 shares from Danske Bank's holding of own shares. As stated in company announcement No. 23 of 25 April 2017, the reduction of the share capital was carried out and registered on 24 April 2017.

With reference to section 10 of Danish Executive Order No. 1256 of 9 December 2016 on disclosure requirements for issuers, we can thus inform you that, as at today's date, Danske Bank A/S's share capital amounts to DKK 9,368,277,220 nominally, corresponding to 936,827,722 shares of DKK 10 each and 936,827,722 voting rights.
