Major Shareholder Notification – Cevian Capital II GP Limited

“This is to announce, pursuant to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act and Section 55, cf. Section 56, of the Danish Companies Act, that following a disposal of shares today and settlement thereof, Cevian Capital II GP Limited (in its capacity as general partner of Cevian Capital II Master Fund L.P. and Cevian Capital II Co-Investment Fund L.P.) will have reduced its indirect holding of shares and voting rights in Danske Bank A/S to a level below 5.0 % of the total share capital and the total number of voting rights.

Cevian Capital II GP Limited is a Jersey limited company, with registered number 93296 and registered office at 11-15 Seaton Place, St. Helier, Jersey, JE4 0QH, Channel Islands.”
