Danske Bank issues covered bonds

Danske Bank A/S's issuance of covered bonds

Danske Bank A/S will issue the following covered bond series with an issue date of 18 January 2012:

Covered Bonds (Series 081-D), principal amount: DKK 1,000,000,000, maturing on 1 January 2020 with optional extension until 1 January 2021. Coupon: 3M CIBOR + 0.88% p.a. (during the optional extension period: 1M CIBOR + 1% p.a.). ISIN DK0030296546. Designation: DB SDO 2020.

The covered bonds have been approved for official listing and trading on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen from 18 January 2012 and will be issued under Danske Bank A/S's EUR 25,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme.
