Danske Andelskassers Bank A/S contemplates AT1 bond issuance

Danske Andelskassers Bank A/S contemplates to issue additional Tier-1 capital in the form of a DKK-denominated bond. The bond will be with perpetual maturity and with first call date 19 February 2021.

ABG Sundal Collier ASA is manager and bookrunner for the bond issuance.
