DANONE PUBLISHES ITS REGISTRATION DOCUMENT 2010
DANONE has filed its Registration Document 2010 ('Document de Référence 2010') with the French Financial Markets Authority ('Autorité des Marchés Financiers') on March 25th 2011.
The Registration Document 2010 is available on DANONE's website (http://finance.danone.com), section "Regulated Information", and through the website of the French Financial Markets Authority (www.amf-france.org).
The Registration Document 2010 includes notably:
- the annual financial report;
- the Chairman's report on the conditions for the preparation and organization of the Board of Directors' activities and on the internal control and risk management procedures established by the Company, and the statutory auditors report on the Chairman's report;
- the information related to the fees paid to the statutory auditors ; and
- the description of the share buyback program.
