CONVENING TO COMBINED SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF APRIL 29th 2014

Danone informs its Shareholders that its Combined Shareholders' Meeting will take place on Tuesday April 29th 2014, at 2:30pm, at Maison de la Mutualité – 24 rue Saint-Victor, 75005 Paris.

The preliminary notice to the meeting, which includes the agenda and the draft of the resolutions presented to the Shareholders' Meeting, has been published in the French legal gazette (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires - BALO) of March 3 rd 2014 and the notice of meeting has been published in the BALO of April 4 th 2014. Information regarding the formalities for attendance and voting is included in these notices.
