• Relazione Finanziaria annuale comprendente il progetto di Bilancio di esercizio e Bilancio consolidato al 30.6.2023, la Relazione sulla gestione, le attestazioni di cui all'art. 154-bis comma 5 del D.Lgs. 58/98, le Relazioni delle società di revisione sul Bilancio e sulla Dichiarazione non finanziaria, nonché la Relazione del Collegio sindacale;

PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTATION

We inform that are available the following documents at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website www.danieli.com - Investors section, as well as at the authorized storage mechanism SDIR & STORAGE and with the additional methods provided for by current legislation:

• Company's financial statements and presentation of the consolidated financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2023, the report of the Board of Directors, the certificates referred to article 154-bis paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 58/98; Reports by the Auditing Company, also referred to the non-financial statement and the Board of Statutory Auditors.
• Report on the remuneration policy and fees paid pursuant to art. 123-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998 and 84-quater of the Consob Issuers' Regulation.
• Report on the appointment of a director following confirmation of the number of board members.
