Con riferimento all'Assemblea degli azionisti di risparmio di Danieli & C. Officine Meccaniche S.p.A. (di seguito "Danieli" o "Società"), già convocata mediante avviso pubblicato in data 25 settembre 2020 sul sito internet della Società, sul quotidiano Italia Oggi e tramite il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato SDIR & STORAGE (), integrato successivamente con ulteriore avviso pubblicato in data 6 ottobre 2020 sul sito internet della Società e tramite il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato SDIR & STORAGE () e in data 7 ottobre 2020 sul quotidiano Italia Oggi (di seguito "Assemblea"), si comunica che a partire da domani la Società attiverà il seguente servizio di contact center:
numero verde 800 189 912 (raggiungibile solo dall'Italia ed attivo dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 18.00) ed e-mail [email protected] a favore degli Azionisti di risparmio
al fine di fornire eventuali chiarimenti in merito all'Assemblea.
