Il Gruppo Danieli comunica che in data odierna ha avuto luogo il closing dell'operazione di acquisizione da FINMECCANICA del 100% del capitale di Fata S.p.A., attiva nella progettazione di impianti industriali, e delle sue subsidiaries in USA (Fata Hunter), India (Fata Engineering), Cina (Fata Shanghai) ed EAU (Fata Gulf).
L'acquisizione di Fata completerà la gamma di prodotti del Gruppo Danieli con l'obiettivo di accrescerne ulteriormente la leadership di mercato.

The Danieli Group announces today the closing of the purchase from Finmeccanica of 100% of Fata S.p.A., operating in the field of industrial plant engineering, and of its subsidiaries in the USA (Fata Hunter), India (Fata Engineering), China (Fata Shanghai) and UAE (Fata Gulf).
The acquisition of Fata will further broaden Danieli Group product range with the purpose of further strengthening its market leadership.
