Sentenza di assoluzione della Corte d'Appello di Trieste dall'ipotesi di esterovestizione
Danieli & C. Officine Meccaniche S.p.A. ("Danieli") prende atto con viva soddisfazione della sentenza di assoluzione "perché il fatto non sussiste" emessa in data odierna dalla Corte d'Appello di Trieste nei confronti del proprio Presidente Ing. Gianpietro Benedetti e del Vice Presidente Dott. Alessandro Brussi rispetto alla contestata ipotesi di esterovestizione delle società lussemburghesi del Gruppo.
Tale sentenza riforma quanto deciso dal Tribunale di Udine in data 16 ottobre 2018 e conferma in modo chiaro e incontrovertibile la correttezza dell'operato della Società, nonché la conformità alle normative nazionali e internazionali della struttura societaria adottata dal Gruppo.
Per tutta la durata del procedimento, Danieli ha mantenuto la più totale fiducia nei propri amministratori e ha collaborato con le Autorità, certa che il giudizio avrebbe dimostrato l'assoluta rispondenza del proprio agire alle norme e ai criteri di etica e trasparenza.
Con altrettanta soddisfazione Danieli accoglie la sentenza della stessa Corte d'Appello di conferma dell'assoluzione già ottenuta in primo grado per l'ipotesi di frode fiscale.

Sentence acquittal by the Court of Appeal of Trieste with the reference to the dispute allegation of foreign dressed companies
Danieli & C. Officine Meccaniche S.p.A. welcomes and is satisfied with the decision of full acquittal "because the fact does not exist" issued today by the Court of Appeal of Trieste in favor of its President Ing. Gianpietro Benedetti and its Vice President Dr. Alessandro Brussi with regard to the alleged dispute allegation of foreign dressed companies for the Group's Luxembourg companies.
Such decision represents the reversal of the decision issued by the Court of Udine on October 16th, 2018 and confirms in a clear and undisputed manner the correct behavior of the Company, and the full compliance with national and international laws of the shareholder structure adopted by the Group.
For the entire duration of the proceeding, Danieli has fully trusted its administrators and has collaborated with the Authorities, always keeping confident in the fact that the sentence would have demonstrate and the absolute compliance of the Company's conduct with the laws and with the ethics and transparency criteria.
Likewise, with full satisfaction Danieli acknowledges the sentence of the Court of Appeal of Trieste, confirming the acquittal already issued at first instance for alleged tax fraud dispute.
