Avviso di attivazione dell'Elenco Speciale per il conseguimento del voto maggiorato
Si comunica che in data odierna, in ottemperanza alla delibera dell'assemblea dei soci della Società del 28 ottobre 2020, è stato attivato l'Elenco speciale della Danieli & C. S.p.A. in cui verranno iscritti, solo su espressa richiesta, i titolari di un diritto reale legittimante (titolarità, nuda proprietà e usufrutto sulle azioni con diritto di voto) che vogliano ottenere una maggiorazione del voto.
Si precisa che l'iscrizione dei richiedenti nell'Elenco speciale avverrà solo previa verifica della sussistenza dei requisiti illustrati nel Regolamento voto maggiorato da parte dei richiedenti stessi.
A tal proposito, si comunica che in data odierna sono stati pubblicati sul sito internet della Società www.danieli.com alla Sezione Investors/Communication and Documents/Increasing voting rights, in duplice lingua italiano ed inglese, i seguenti documenti:
- Regolamento voto maggiorato
- Modulo di richiesta di iscrizione nell'elenco per l'attribuzione del voto maggiorato
- Statuto sociale (art. 7 azioni).

Notice of activation of the Special List for obtaining the increased vote
We inform you that today, in compliance with the resolution of the shareholders' meeting of the Company of 28 October 2020, the Special List of Danieli & C. S.p.A. for increased voting rights has been activated. In such Special List, only upon express request will be registered the holders of a legitimate real right (ownership, bare ownership and usufruct on shares with voting rights) who wish to obtain an increase in the vote.
We want to point out that the registration of applicants in the Special List will take place only after verification of the existence of the requirements set out in the Regulation for increased voting rights by the applicants themselves.
In this regard, we inform you that today the following documents have been published on the Company's website www.danieli.com in the section "Investors / Communication and Documents / Increasing voting rights" - in Italian and English versions:
- Regulation for increased voting rights;
- Application form for registration in the list to obtain increased voting rights;
- Articles of Association (art. 7 shares).
