Nomina del Comitato rischi e sostenibilità

Buttrio (UD), 14 dicembre 2022

Il Consiglio di amministrazione, riunitosi in data odierna, ha provveduto ad istituire il Comitato rischi e sostenibilità e ha nominato quali componenti, previa verifica in merito al possesso in capo a ciascun componente dei requisiti previsti al riguardo, i consiglieri indipendenti prof.ssa Chiara Mio, dott. Giulio Gallazzi e il consigliere esecutivo dott. Alessandro Brussi, attribuendo la carica di Presidente alla prof.ssa Chiara Mio.

Si precisa che pur non aderendo la Società al codice di Corporate Governance promosso da Borsa Italiana, tale Comitato intende rafforzare la struttura societaria per gestire i temi sopra indicati con maggiore cura ed attenzione.

Appointment of the Risk and Sustainability Committee

Buttrio (UD), 14 December 2022

The Board of Directors, which met today, established the Risk and Sustainability Committee and appointed as members, after verifying that each of them meets the relevant requirements, the independent directors Ms. Chiara Mio, Mr. Giulio Gallazzi and the executive director Mr. Alessandro Brussi. Ms. Chiara Mio was appointed as Chairwoman.

It should be noted that although the Company does not adhere to the Corporate Governance Code issued by Borsa Italiana, this Committee intends to strengthen the corporate structure in order to manage the above-mentioned issues with greater care and attention.
