Danieli & C. Officine Meccaniche S.p.A. comunica che in data odierna il dott. Alessandro Trivillin ha rassegnato le dimissioni, con decorrenza dalla medesima data, dalle cariche di amministratore delegato di Danieli & C. S.p.A. e della consociata Acciaierie Bertoli Safau S.p.A.
La Società informa che, al momento, non sarà nominato un sostituto nel consiglio di amministrazione della Danieli.
Per quanto concerne il Gruppo Danieli l'attività sarà gestita dal Presidente – ing. Gianpietro Benedetti e dall'Amministratore delegato – ing. Giacomo Mareschi Danieli. Per la consociata Acciaierie Bertoli Safau S.p.A. la Presidente Carla de Colle assumerà anche la carica di Amministratore delegato.
Il Consiglio di amministrazione e il Collegio sindacale ringraziano il dott. Trivillin per l'alta professionalità e senso di responsabilità con cui ha gestito gli incarichi affidatigli.
Il dott. Trivillin ringrazia il Gruppo Danieli per avergli dato l'opportunità, in questi anni, di svolgere un ruolo stimolante a cui resterà sempre legato.

PRESS RELEASE
Danieli & C. Officine Meccaniche S.p.A. announces that as of the date of this release Mr. Alessandro Trivillin resigned, effective immediately, from his office as Chief Execute Officer of Danieli & C. S.p.A. and its affiliate Acciaierie Bertoli Safau S.p.A.
The Company informs that, for the time being, no replacement at his position within the Board of Directors of Danieli will be appointed.
In regard to the Danieli Group, his tasks will be taken over by the President - Mr. Gianpietro Benedetti – and by the Chief Executive Officer – Mr. Giacomo Mareschi Danieli. In regard to Acciaierie Bertoli Safau S.p.A., the Chairman Carla de Colle will assume also the office of Chief Executive Officer.
The Board of Directors and the Board of Auditors would like to thank Mr. Trivillin for his high professionality and sense of commitment he has adopted throughout his tenure in the management of his activities.
Mr. Trivillin would like to thank the Danieli Group for having granted him the opportunity of fulfilling such an inspiring role he will always remain attached thereto.
