La società Danieli informa che l'Ing. Franco Alzetta, Chief Operating Officer del settore Plant Making del Gruppo, con il 30 giugno 2016 lascia l'incarico per intraprendere attività in proprio. Continuerà comunque a far parte del Consiglio di Amministrazione.

Il Presidente e Amministratore Delegato del Gruppo, Ing. Gianpietro Benedetti, anche a nome del Consiglio, esprime apprezzamento per l'impegno profuso dall'Ing. Franco Alzetta nello svolgimento degli incarichi affidatigli ed in particolare per l'encomiabile ed esemplare rapporto etico che ha sempre usato verso e per l'azienda.

Sarà presentata al prossimo consiglio di amministrazione, per approvazione, l'attribuzione delle deleghe pertinenti all'operatività del Chief Operating Officer – Plant Making.

Danieli hereby informs you that Mr. Franco Alzetta, Chief Operating Officer of the Group's Plant Making segment, will be leaving the company on June 30, 2016, to go into business for himself. He will, however, remain on the Board of Directors.

The Chairman and CEO of the Group, Mr. Gianpietro Benedetti, would like to express his and the Board's appreciation for Mr. Alzetta's generous commitment to the performance of his duties, and especially for the commendable, exemplary ethical conduct he has always shown towards the company and on its behalf.

The assignment of powers regarding the position of Chief Operating Officer – Plant Making will be presented for approval at the next board meeting.
