Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 24A read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that on basis of recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, August 26, 2025 , have approved the appointment of M/s. SJV & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of 5 (five) years commencing from Financial Year 2025-2026 to Financial Year 2029-2030, subject to the approval of shareholders of the company at their ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The details as required for appointment of Secretarial Auditor under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBl/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are given in the enclosed “Annexure - A”.

The meeting was commenced on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. and was concluded at 02:00 P.M.
