Dear Sir/Ma’am,

This is to inform you that the 14[th] Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Members of the Company will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 03:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means (‘VC/OAVM’) in accordance with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

Further, Pursuant to Provision of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules framed thereunder and as per provisions of Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, September 20, 2024 to Thursday, September 26, 2024 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of 14[th] Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’).

Further, the Company has fixed Thursday, September 19, 2024 as the cut-off date for the purpose of AGM and remote e-voting, for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the AGM. The remote e-voting period shall commence on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 09:00 A.M. and end on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 05:00 P.M. The remote e-voting will not be allowed beyond its end time.
