Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensation Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 1, 2018, Dana Incorporated (the “Company”) announced the retirement of Rodney R. Filcek, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. Mr. Filcek will remain with the Company in an advisory role until December 31, 2018.

Effective November 1, 2018, James D. Kellett, age 51, was appointed Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Since joining the Company in 2011, Mr. Kellett has served as Senior Director, External Reporting.
