On March 14, 2011, Dana Holding Corporation named Rodney R. Filcek as Chief Accounting Officer. In his capacity as Vice President — Finance, Mr. Filcek has had oversight responsibilities for Dana’s external financial reporting since September 1999. Richard J. Dyer, our former Chief Accounting Officer who reported to Mr. Filcek, has assumed new responsibilities within our external financial reporting group.
