This is in continuation to our earlier communications February 15,2020, We wish to inform you that in the Notice of Postal Ballot dated February 7, 2020 which has been sent to all the shareholders and intimation of dispatch of Notice published in newspapers on February 16,2020,The following alteration/modification in the said Notice are notified through this corrigendum to all the shareholders. This is in continuation to our earlier communications February 15,2020, We wish to inform you that in the Notice of Postal Ballot dated February 7, 2O2O which has been sent to all the shareholders and intimation of dispatch of Notice published in newspapers on February t6,2O2O,fhe following alteration/modification in the said Notice are notified through thi; corrigendum to all the shareholders.

1. A typographical error has crept in Point No. 1 (e.) of Explanatory Statement under the Column "Post Issue shareholding Pattern - No. of Equity shares. Grand Total (A+B) to be read as 23300000 instead of 22251624 shares as mentioned in the Notice. 1. Point No. 7 (Basis or justification of Price) in explanatory Statement: to be replaced with "As the shares of the Company are not frequently traded, the Company falls under the ambit of Regulation 165 of SEBI ICDR Regulations,2018 relating to pricing of infrequently traded shares. Hence, the proposed allotment of equity shares shall be made at a price as per the valuation Report in accordance with Regulation 165 of SEBI ICDR Regulation from an Independent valuer." 2.
