EXECUTED BUY-BACK PROGRAM

Luxembourg - April 23 rd, 2025 – d'Amico International Shipping S.A. (following "DIS" or the "Company") announces today that during the period between April 14 th and April 17 th, 2025, n. 99,000 own shares (representing 0.080% of the outstanding share capital of the Company) were repurchased on the regulated market managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. at the average price of Euro 3.0261 and for a total consideration of Euro 299,580.51.

As at April 17 th , 2025, d'Amico International Shipping S.A. holds nr. 5,178,632 own shares, representing 4.17% of its outstanding share capital.

The transactions were made and coordinated by an independent equity broker duly engaged for this purpose, Equita SIM S.p.A., in compliance with the Board of Directors resolution of June 14 th, 2023, and under the authorization to purchase own shares approved by DIS Shareholders' extraordinary meeting held on June 13th, 2023 (as reminded by means of a press release issued on June 14th, 2023).
