EXECUTED BUY-BACK PROGRAM
Luxembourg - August 26th, 2024 – d'Amico International Shipping S.A. (following "DIS" or the "Company") announces today that during the period between August 19 th and August 23rd , 2024, n. 78,300 own shares (representing 0.063% of the outstanding share capital of the Company) were repurchased on the regulated market managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. at the average price of Euro 6.3799 and for a total consideration of Euro 499,543.10.
As at August 23rd , 2024, d'Amico International Shipping S.A. holds nr. 3,876,534 own shares, representing 3.12% of its outstanding share capital.
The transactions were made and coordinated by an independent equity broker duly engaged for this purpose, Equita SIM S.p.A., in compliance with the Board of Directors resolution of June 14 th, 2023, and under the authorization to purchase own shares approved by DIS Shareholders' extraordinary meeting held on June 13th, 2023 (as reminded by means of a press release issued on June 14th, 2023).
