2026 FINANCIAL EVENTS CALENDAR

Luxembourg – November 6 th , 2025 - d'Amico International Shipping S.A. (hereinafter "DIS" or the "Company"), a leading international marine transportation company operating in the product tanker market, announces its 2026 financial events calendar, as approved today by the Board of Directors:

Thursday March 12 th , 2026

Board of Directors' meeting

Approval of the Company's 2025 draft Annual Consolidated and Statutory Financial Statements. The meeting will be followed by the presentation of the results to financial analysts.

Wednesday April 29 th , 2026

Annual General Meeting

Approval of the Company's 2025 Annual Consolidated and Statutory Financial Statements.

Thursday May 7 th , 2026

Board of Directors' meeting

Approval of the Company's 2026 First Interim Management Statements as at March 31 st , 2026. The meeting will be followed by the presentation of the results to financial analysts.

Thursday July 30 th , 2026

Board of Directors' meeting

Approval of the Company's Half Yearly Report as at June 30th , 2026. The meeting will be followed by the presentation of the results to financial analysts.

Thursday November 5 th , 2026

Board of Directors' meeting

Approval of the Company's 2026 Third Interim Management Statements as at September 30th , 2026. The meeting will be followed by the presentation of the results to financial analysts.

The Company, in compliance with the applicable Italian laws and regulations in force, intends to avail itself of the exemption from publishing the 2025 Fourth (4th) Interim Management Statement considering that the 2025 draft Annual Financial Statements of the Company will be published within ninety days of the close of the relevant financial year.

The above dates may be subject to change. In this case specific prior notice will be provided.

The 2026 financial calendar is disclosed through the e-market SDIR system, filed with Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) and Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), and stored at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. through the e-market STORAGE circuit (www.borsaitaliana.it) and Société de la Bourse de Luxembourg S.A. (www.bourse.lu) in its quality of DIS Officially Appointed Mechanism (OAM).

The calendar is also available on the Investor Relations area of the DIS web site (www.damicointernationalshipping.com).

From today also this press release is available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website, filed with CSSF, disclosed through the e-market SDIR circuit and stored at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. through the e-market STORAGE system and at Société de la Bourse de Luxembourg S.A. in its quality of OAM.
