ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE FILING AND STORAGE OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT, OF THE REPORT ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE AND OF THE REMUNERATION REPORT

Luxembourg, March 14th ,2024 - d'Amico International Shipping S.A. ("DIS" or the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable current legislation, the following documentation, approved by the Board of Directors on 14 March 2024, is available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the DIS website (www.damicointernationalshipping.com):

• the 2023 annual financial report, including the draft of the statutory financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2023 and the related reports of the Board of Directors and the auditors;
• the 2023 report on corporate governance and ownership structures as drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws;
• the 2024 report on remuneration (including the 2024 general remuneration policy and the 2023 report on remunerations) as drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws.

These documents were also disseminated through the e-market SDIR system of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., sent to the National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange (CONSOB) and to the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and archived both at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, in its capacity as OAM (Officially Appointed Mechanism) and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., through the e-market STORAGE system.

From today, this press release is also available in the Investor Relations section of the DIS website, filed with the CSSF, disseminated using the SDIR e-market circuit, and filed both at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. through the e-market STORAGE system and at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange in its capacity as OAM.
