ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE FILING AND STORAGE OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT, OF THE REPORT ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE, OF THE REMUNERATION REPORT AND OF THE NEW 2022 – 2024 MEDIUM TO LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN

Luxembourg, 9 March 2023 - d'Amico International Shipping S.A. ("DIS" or the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable current legislation, the following documentation, approved by the Board of Directors today, is available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the DIS website (www.damicointernationalshipping.com):

• the annual financial report, including the draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2022 and the related reports of the Board of Directors and the auditors;
• the report on corporate governance and ownership structures for the 2022 financial year as drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws;
• the report on remuneration (including the 2023 general remuneration policy and the report on 2022 remunerations) as drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws;
• the new DIS 2022-2024 Medium-Long Term Incentive Plan.

These documents were also disseminated through the e-market SDIR system of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., sent to the National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange (CONSOB) and to the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and archived both at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, in its capacity as OAM (Officially Appointed Mechanism) and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., through the e-market STORAGE system.

From today, this press release is also available in the Investor Relations section of the DIS website, filed with the CSSF, disseminated using the SDIR e-market circuit, and filed both at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. through the e-market STORAGE system and at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange in its capacity as OAM.
