Luxembourg – November 30th , 2023 – d'Amico International Shipping S.A. (Borsa Italiana: DIS.IM and OTCQX Best Market: DMCOF) (the "Company" or "DIS"), an international marine transportation company operating in the product tanker market, announced that, starting from December 15th , it will be included in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap Index.
The FTSE Italia Mid Cap Index consists of the shares of the 60 largest companies by market capitalisation listed on Borsa Italiana's MTA and MIV markets, ranking after the 40 largest companies included in the FTSE MIB. The index is part of the FTSE Italia Index Series, providing investors with a comprehensive and complementary set of indices with which to measure the performance of the major segments of the Italian market.
