Pursuant to the provision of Article 474, paragraph 3 of the Capital Market Act, Dalekovod d.d. headquartered in Zagreb, Marijana Čavića 4, OIB: 47911242222 (hereinafter: the Company), hereby informs that on 10 May 2021 holds 98,841 own shares representing 0.0040% of the share capital.

The Company acquires own shares on the basis and in accordance with the terms of the General Assembly Decision on the acquisition of own shares of the Company dated July 15, 2016 and are held in accordance with the purpose stated in that Decision.

The Company does not have a share repurchase program or employee shareholding program.
