Notice on the change of voting share number

Pursuant to Article 473 of the Capital Market Act, the issuer Dalekovod, d.d. (hereinafter: "Issuer") hereby issues a publication stating that the Commercial Court in Zagreb has issued a Decision of the reference number Tt-21/30776 of 8 July 2021, in accordance with which the decrease of the share capital and the appropriate changes of the Issuer's Memorandum of Association were entered in the Court Register.

On 22 July 2021, the company Središnje klirinško depozitarno društvo d.d., Zagreb (Central Depository & Clearing Company (SKDD)), has registered, in its information system, the decrease of share capital from the amount of 247,193,050.00 HRK by the amount of 50.00 HRK to the amount of 247,193,000.00 HRK by withdrawing 5 ordinary shares labelled DLKV-RA with an individual nominal value of 10.00 HRK.

On [29 July] 2021, the company Središnje klirinško depozitarno društvo d.d., Zagreb (Central Depository & Clearing Company (SKDD)), has registered, in its information system, the decrease of share capital by merging the Issuer's shares from the amount of 247,193,000.00 HRK by the amount of 244,721,070.00 HRK to the amount of 2,471,930.00 HRK.

Prior to the implementation of the aforementioned corporate actions, the Issuer's share capital amounted to 247,193,050.00 HRK, divided into 24,719,305 ordinary shares with an individual nominal value of 10.00 HRK, labelled DLKV-R-A, with ISIN HRDLKVRA0006, and each of them carrying a right to one vote in the Issuer's General Assembly.

Following the implementation of the aforementioned corporate actions, the Issuer's share capital amounts to 2,471,930.00 HRK, divided into 247,193 ordinary shares with an individual nominal value of 10.00 HRK, labelled DLKV-R-A, with ISIN HRDLKVRA0006, and each of them carrying a right to one vote in the Issuer's General Assembly.
