Notice to Dalekovod d.d. shareholders on the extension of the term for subscribing to and purchasing new shares in the first round

Zagreb, 23rd of June 2014 - Pursuant to the Public Notice to the Existing Shareholders of Dalekovod d.d. for Subscription for up to 6,000,000 New Ordinary Shares in the First Round of Subscription published on the website of Zagreb Stock Exchange on May 7, 2014 (hereinafter: Public Notice), Dalekovod, dioničko društvo za inženjering, proizvodnju i izgradnju, Ulica Marijana Čavića 4, Zagreb, registered in the registry of the Zagreb Commercial Court under registration number (MBS) 080010093, Croatian tax number (OIB) 47911242222 (hereinafter: the Issuer) hereby notifies the Investors that the term for subscribing to new shares and completing payment in the first round is extended until July 9, 2014.

In keeping with the above, the data provided in the Public Notice are hereby modified so that June 24, 2014 is replaced with July 9, 2014 and therefore the Subscription Period and Payment Period are now between May 26, 2014 and July 9, 2014, while Payment Receipt Deadline is now July 9, 2014 at 23:59 hours.

Terms specified in this Notice have the meaning as defined in the Public Call, unless otherwise provided in this Notice.

This Notice will be published in at least one daily newspaper, in the official gazette of Croatia Narodne novine and via the Zagreb Stock Exchange (www.zse.hr) and forwarded to the Official Data Registry maintained by the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency.
