Heading: Konsolidator Pays Dalekovod d.d. HRK 150 Million

Zagreb, March 17, 2014 – On Friday, March 14, 2014 Konsolidator d.o.o. made a HRK 150 million payment to the Dalekovod d.d. transfer account. On the same day conversion of the administrative settlement creditors' claims into the share capital of Dalekovod d.d. was completed.

With the completion of the above preconditions were met for the increase of the company's share capital in accordance with the terms and conditions of the administrative settlement.
