Changes in the distribution of work in the consortium on the project of reconstruction and construction of the railway on the section Dugo Selo - Križevci

After the reconstruction and construction works of the railway on the Dugo Selo - Križevci section were carried out in the past period by a consortium of Croatian economic entities DIV GRUPA d.o.o., Dalekovod, d.d. and Zagreb-Montaža d.o.o., members of the consortium decided to redistribute the contracted works of the business entity DIV GRUPA d.o.o.

This decision was implemented following the provisions of the current Agreement signed between the consortium members, as well as the Agreement between the consortium and HŽ Infrastruktura d.o.o. as a customer.

The decision was reached because there was an objective need to fulfill all obligations following the Agreements above successfully. With this decision, the consortium members will ensure the necessary conditions for the continuation of the implementation of the contracted activities and prevent further risks in the project performance.

Dalekovod, d.d. will actively take over all tasks previously under the economic entity DIV GRUPA d.o.o., with the aim of orderly and timely execution of the reconstruction and construction of the railway line on the section Dugo Selo - Križevci. HŽ Infrastruktura d.o.o., the project's client, was notified of the abovementioned decision.
