Dalekovod to sign two major contracts in Norway

Zagreb, March 30th 2015 – Norwegian Statnett , a renowned company for the transmission and distribution of electricity at high voltages , announced its plans to award Dalekovod j.s.c. the contract for the construction of 420kV transmission lines Tonstad - Ertsmyra - Kvinesdal and 525 kV transmission Ertsmyra - Vollesfjord and decommission of existing 300 kV transmission line Feda - Tonstad I. After the evaluation process, the tender of Dalekovod j.s.c. has been marked as the best according to the criteria.

At the same time, evaluation process for construction work for 420kV transmission line Namsos - Roan – Storheia, has been finalized and Dalekovod j.s.c. offered the economically most favourable tender.

The total value of both tenders is more than EUR 100 million. The final decision will be made within 10 days and must be confirmed by Statnett investment committee.
