Subject: Legal Proceedings Against the Ministry of Finance / Republic of Croatia

Further to previous disclosures regarding the legal proceedings conducted by the Company before the Commercial Court in Zagreb under case number P-536/2024 (formerly P-2053/2018) against the Ministry of Finance / the Republic of Croatia for the payment of the Company's claim in the amount of EUR 6,636,140.42 (HRK 50,000,000.00), the Company hereby informs the public that on 26 November 2025 the Commercial Court in Zagreb issued a judgment rejecting the Company's claim for payment of the stated amount.

The Company will file an appropriate legal remedy against the said judgment within the statutory deadline.
