Notice of summons to a hearing

Following the announcement of January 19, 2022, Dalekovod, d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) informs the public that it has received an invitation for a preparatory hearing in the case under business number: P-1277/2021 before the Commercial Court in Zagreb, regarding a lawsuit against the Company by a minority shareholder to challenge the decisions of the General Assembly held on 06/30/2021. The preparatory hearing will be held on March 11, 2022. at 09:00.
