Notice of summons to preparatory hearings

Continuing on the announcement from 17.08.2021., Dalekovod, d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) informs the public that it has received summonses for preparatory hearings in cases under business numbers: P-1277/2021 and P-1296/2021 before the Commercial Court in Zagreb regarding lawsuits against the Company by minority shareholders of the Company for refuting the decisions of the General Assembly of the Company held on 30.06.2021. A preliminary hearing in the case under business number P-1296/2021 will be held on January 20, 2022. at 09:30 and a preliminary hearing in the case under business number P-1277/2021 on the same day or 20.01.2022. at 10:30 a.m.
