Notice of lawsuits to challenge decisions of the General Assembly

Dalekovod d.d. announces that on 17 August 2021, it received the Decision of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, number: P-1296/2021, informing that the minority shareholders of the company Davor Sinković, Ivan Tominov, Ankica Kijajić, Ivan Đumlija, Darijan Grubišić, Mihael Brandvajner, Ivan Žgela, Dujko Grčić, Miroslav Dedeić, Davor Horgas, Marina Sabljić, Ivica Kaurić, Antun Lojić, Terezija Mitrović, Branko Gladović, Robert Novak, Marko Čengić and Dragan Marić, filed a lawsuit against Dalekovod d.d., Zagreb, Marijana Čavića 4, challenging all decisions of the General Assembly of Dalekovod d.d. held on 30 June 2021, and the Decision of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, number: P-1277/2021, which informed that the minority shareholder of the company Saša Spasić, filed a lawsuit against Dalekovod d.d., Zagreb, Marijana Čavića 4, to challenge all decisions of the General Assembly of Dalekovod d.d. held on June 30, 2021. The court has not yet set a date for the hearing, and the Company will publish information about it as soon as it is received.
