Supervisory board meeting schedule

In accordance with the Statute and the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board, and in line with the principle of good corporate governance, Dalekovod jsc reports that the meetings of the Supervisory Board of Dalekovod jsc in 2019 will take place according to the following schedule:

1 st Regular Meeting, February 27, 2019

2 nd Regular Meeting, April 29, 2019

3 rd Regular Meeting, July 19, 2019

4 th Regular Meeting, October 29, 2019

5 th Regular Meeting, December 13, 2019

If necessary, and in accordance with the Statute and the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board, Sessions (regular / extraordinary), will be held more frequent as needed, monthly, and related to it, the ordinal numbers of regular (extraordinary) sessions would be changed.
