SUBJECT: Report on the Purchase of Shares in Dalekovod d.d.

In accordance with Article 464, paragraph 3 of the Capital Market Act we Allianz ZB d.o.o., voluntary pension funds management company, hereby report the purchase of shares in Dalekovod d.d. for AZ ZABA, closed voluntary pension fund, because Allianz ZB d.o.o., voluntary pension funds management company, is a company associated with Allianz ZB d.o.o., mandatory pension fund management company, whose member of the Board of Directors is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer and the Company is therefore associated with the Issuer.

In keeping with paragraph 5 of the above-specified article, we hereby report the following:

• 1. Name of the person in a management position in the Issuer or, if applicable, name of a person closely connected with that person: Davor Doko is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer Dalekovod d.d. and also on the Board of Directors of Allianz ZB d.o.o., mandatory pension fund management company;
• 1. Reporting obligation: Reporting obligation exists under Article 464, paragraph 3 of the Capital Market Act, in reference to paragraph 2, item 4 of the same Article;
• 1. Name of the relevant Issuer: Dalekovod d.d., Marijana Čavića 4, 10001 Zagreb
• 1. Description of the financial instrument: Stock symbol and ISIN: DLKV-R-A, HRDLKVRA0006
• 1. Type of transaction: purchase of shares
• 1. Date and place of transaction: Zagreb, April 30th, 2014
• 1. Transaction price and volume: One share was purchased at a price of HRK 23.70
