Dalekovod d.d. redeemed due principal and interest on securities marked DLKV-O-302E and DLKV-O-302A

According to the Decision on Pre-Bankruptcy Settlement and Settlement of Claims of the category (h), Claims based on commercial papers issued by the Debtor, and which part of the claims was settled by refinancing through the issue of bonds, Dalekovod d.d. is from 14 February 2022 redeemed interest on securities marked DLKV-O-302E of EUR 0.029784073 per bond, i.e., according to the middle exchange rate of the CNB HRK 7.523312 / EUR 1 on 14 February 2022 HRK 0.224074874 per bond. The amount of the matured principal of the security marked DLKV-O-302E of EUR 0.070359655 per bond, i.e., according to the middle exchange rate of the CNB HRK 7.523312 / EUR 1 on 14 February 2022, which amounts to 0.529337637 HRK per bond. Also, Dalekovod d.d. on 14 February 2022 redeemed the interest on the security marked DLKV-O-302A of HRK 0.029784073 per bond and the matured principal of the security DLKV-O-302A of HRK 0.070359655 per bond.

Thus, Dalekovod d.d. reduced debt on issued bonds by HRK 2.55 million.
