Dalekovod d.d. paid off the principal and interests of the security no. DLKV-O-302E and DLKV-O-302A

According to the Decision on the Pre-Bankruptcy Settlement and paying off the claims category (h), the Claims on the basis of commercial papers issued by the Debtor, a part of which was paid off by refinancing through issuing bonds, Dalekovod d.d. paid off the interests of the security no. DLKV-O-302E on 14 February, in the amount of 0,0350922718 EUR per bond, i.e. according to the middle exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank 7,456065 HRK / 1 EUR on 14 February 2020, which equals 0,261650260 HRK per bond, and the amount of the due principal of the security no DLKV-O-302E in the amount of 0,065051456 EUR per bond, i.e. according to the middle exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank 7,456065 HRK / 1 EUR on 14 February 2020, which equals 0,485027884 HRK per bond. Dalekovod d.d. also paid off the interests of the security no. DLKV-O-302A on 14 February 2020, in the amount of 0,0350922718 HRK per bond, and the due principal of the security no. DLKV-O-302A in the amount of 0,065051456 HRK per bond.

Thereby, Dalekovod d.d. reduced its debt on the basis of issued bonds by 2.54 million HRK. The listing agent is Zagrebačka banka d.d. Zagreb.
