Constituent session of the Supervisory Board

The constituent session of the Supervisory Board of the company Dalekovod d.d. Zagreb was held on April 21, 2021 in the company's premises.

The General Assembly of the Company elected four members of the Supervisory Board, namely Dalibor Balgač, Irena Weber, Krešimir Kukec and Dinko Novoselec, for a term of four years.

Appointed members of the Supervisory Board Damir Sertić and Mladen Gregović resigned, which terminated their membership in the Supervisory Board of the Company, and, in accordance with Article 13 of the Articles of Association, KONSOLIDATOR d.o.o. appointed two members of the Supervisory Board, Damir Sertić and Mladen Gregović, for a term of four years, which also begins on April 21, 2021.

Dražen Buljić remains a member of the Supervisory Board by the decision of the Workers' Council of the Company dated 20/12/2019 with the beginning of the mandate from 01/01/2020.

Dinko Novoselec was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Irena Weber Deputy Chairman.
