Changes in the Management Board from May 1, 2020

Dalekovod d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) informs the public that, at its meeting held on 30 April 2020, Supervisory Board made a decision on the appointment of Mr. Hrvoje Išek to the position of Management Board member for a four-year period beginning on 1 May 2020.

Hrvoje Išek has many years of managerial experience in domestic and international companies. During his career, among other things, he served as CEO of Combis and Executive director at Hrvatski telekom.

The former member of the Management Board, Mr. Tomislav Đurić, resigned on April 30, 2020 and continues his career outside the Dalekovod Group..
