Supervisory board meeting schedule

In accordance with the Statute and the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board, and in line with the principle of good corporate governance, Dalekovod jsc reports that the meetings of the Supervisory Board of Dalekovod jsc in 2020 will take place according to the following schedule:

1st Regular Meeting, February 27, 2020 2nd Regular Meeting, April 29, 2020 3rd Regular Meeting, July 17, 2020 4th Regular Meeting, October 29, 2020 5th Regular Meeting, December 11, 2020

If necessary, and in accordance with the Statute and the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board, Sessions (regular / extraordinary), will be held more frequent as needed, monthly, and related to it, the ordinal numbers of regular (extraordinary) sessions would be changed.
