Subject-matter: Announcement of the Dalekovod d.d. Management and Supervisory Board Assembly
Zagreb, April 7th, 2014 – The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Dalekovod d.d. have announced that a Joint Assembly will take place on April 9th, 2014 on the Company's premises. The call for the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Company, the agenda points, and the annexes and amendments to the Company's Statute will be discussed at the Assembly. The Supervisory Board will at the same Assembly acknowledge the resignation notices given by the present members, decide on the proposal for the appointment of new members of the Supervisory Boards, and discuss the annexes and amendments to the Company's Statute, as well as the call for the Extraordinary General Assembly.
