Zagreb, September 17th, 2013 – In today's meeting the Supervisory Board acknowledged Board President Matjaž Gorjup's resignation, effective from midnight today. The appointment of CFO Goran Brajdić as new President of the Dalekovod d. d. Board of Directors has been confirmed.
Brajdić is an experienced finance executive who has worked in Croatia's leading companies such as Agrokor, Zagrebačka banka, Privredna banka and Hrvatski Telekom and Dalekovod d.d. will significantly benefit from his extensive operational knowledge and experience at the time when the company is working on employing stabilization policies.
