Title: Decisions of the Extraordinary General Assembly
Zagreb, 26 May 2014 – at the Extraordinary General Assembly held on 26 May 2014, the decision was made on the election of the Supervisory Board members, more specifically: Vlado Čović, Šibenik, Ruže Vukman 6, Ivana Peteržilnik, 40211 Düsseldorf, Börnestr 7, Federal Republic of Germany, Marko Lesić, Zagreb, Tuškanac 56B and Krešimir Ružđak, Zaprešić, Tržna 5, as well as the decision on the amendments of the Articles of Association in compliance with the contents specified in the Invitation to the General Assembly.
In addition, the General Assembly acknowledged and determined that the Supervisory Board members Marijan Pavlović, Zagreb, Ružmarinka 17, Nataša Ivanović, Zagreb, Fancevljev prilaz 3, Dubravko Štimac, Zagreb, Veslačka 2, Davor Doko, Zagreb, Cvjetna cesta 7/a and Ante Ćurković, Zagreb, Zelena magistrala 38, had resigned and their term of office ended on 26 May 2014.
