Daldrup & Söhne AG: Josef Daldrup resigns from the board
Oberhaching / Ascheberg, 17 March 2020 – The Chairman of the Management Board of Daldrup & Söhne AG (ISIN DE0007830572), Josef Daldrup, is expected to resign as Chairman of the Management Board on 30 April 2020 and to move to the Supervisory Board of the company. The resignation as a member of the Management Board will be made by mutual agreement with the Supervisory Board.
Andreas Tönies, already a member of the Management Board of Daldrup & Söhne AG, will be appointed Spokesman of the Management Board following the change of Josef Daldrup.
On December 31, 2019, Supervisory Board member Joachim Rumstadt had resigned from his office as member of the Supervisory Board of Daldrup & Söhne AG. Today, the Management Board applied to the competent local court for replacement by Josef Daldrup. The appointment is to be made for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting of the company. Josef Daldrup will then be proposed for election as a new member of the Supervisory Board of Daldrup & Söhne AG at the Annual General Meeting expected to take place on 27 August 2020.
